Kerry Ann McHugh

Kerry Ann ran out of gas money in Clear Creek County nearly 30 years ago. Seeing no reason to leave, she and Jeff set out to make a life - build a home, run businesses and raise a family in Georgetown. Kerry Ann has been an active community volunteer and has been involved in many boards and commissions throughout Clear Creek County and has also served as the Police Judge, Mayor, of Georgetown. She has managed many properties throughout the county, as well as in neighboring Summit, Jefferson and Denver counties. Kerry Ann holds an International Community Association Institute Manager of Community Associations certification with the Association Management Specialist designation and has managed HOAs in size from 8 residents to 800 residents. Kerry Ann is also a talented project manager, having successfully managed several multi-million-dollar building renovations. Additionally, she is an ABA trained Paralegal and takes special care to the details in all contracts.
